As a referring dentist it is imperative that my patients continue to get the best level of care. For the past for 4 years I have been referring my patients to Dr Larousse for endodontic treatment. Dr Larousse has extensive clinical experience and uses the best equipment and materials to deliver his care. I know that my patients will get gold standard level of care.

Dr Larousse and his team are very efficient and quick to respond to my referral and often contact my patient within a day. There is prompt and effective communication from the team to myself and to my patient. I immediately get a letter to notify me of receipt of the referral, when the patient has been contacted and upon completion of the treatment. I receive the relevant clinical data when the patient is referred back to my care for restorative treatment.

I asses the restorability of the tooth prior to referral, however this is not always possible. Dr Larousse always honestly notifies myself and the patient if upon treatment or re-treatment the tooth is deemed not restorable and or if there are complicating factors present like cracks inside the tooth or fractured instruments. At the end of treatment, the tooth is temporised so that I can easily access it promptly and place a definitive restoration.

I always receive positive patient feedback regarding their treatment by Dr Larousse. My patients feel taken care of and are symptom free throughout the process. I have not had a single complaint from any of my patients whom I have referred and I would feel comfortable and safe for Dr Larousse to treat me if the need ever arose.

I am a Specialist Periodontist with a private referral practice in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

For a number of years I worked at the Harley Street Dental Clinic (HSDC) as a Specialist Periodontist from 2003 to 2019. During that time I had professional dealings with Dr with Pascal Larousse.

Pascal started at HSDC in 2010, at that time we had a Specialist Endodontist in the practice and Pascal was employed to assist with the work-load restricting his practice to endodontics only. From 2010 to 2017 he was seeing on average 15 patients per week for endodontic treatment, at times many more. During his period at HSDC he was engaged in post graduate diploma training in endodontics.

Straight from the beginning it was clear to me that I am dealing with a very talented and capable practitioner. His quality of work was on par with our Specialist Endodontist. In addition to high technical skills patients always praised his calmness, kindness and empathy. He managed to train many nurses during his spell in the practice to perform the demanding task of a endodontists assistant. I found Pascal easy to work with, easy to communicate with and he was always open to suggestions . It was a pleasure to deal with complex cases with him as he exhibited a wide dental knowledge and understanding of basic and advanced restorative procedures.

I can highly recommend Pascal Larousse as a clinician. He is a trustworthy and ethical practitioner, a very dedicated professional with exceptional endodontic skills.

The only problem I had during his seven year period at HSDC was that his inter-pupillary distance was less than my own. This meant I needed to adjust the microscope when I wanted to use it after his procedures. I learned to live the this small inconvenience as the outcome of his treatments justified it.

I have been referring patients to Dr Larousse for endodontic treatments since 2015. My referral decisions are based on a number of factors which are of the most benefit to my patients.

Firstly, a speedy service. Dr Larousse is usually able to see the patient within a few days. The patient is often contacted the same day that I send the referral, and I am informed of that. I am therefore confident of the communications process and able to reassure my patient of prompt attention.

I have had personal experience of Dr Larousse’ treatment on several occasions, and I am therefore aware of his high standards in both technique, administrative and nursing support, complimented by first rate equipment levels.

Following treatment, I receive a report outlining the procedure carried out and a radiograph of the outcome, along with details of  any condition which may affect my restorative plan. The patients are also appraised of these, which greatly helps the treatment plan acceptance, leading to a successful restorative outcome.

On return to me, patients have always spoken highly of Dr Larousse’ chair-side manner and reassuring demeanour. 

There have been to date no unsuccessful outcomes of treatments that have proceeded. Dr Larousse is scrupulous in communicating to the patient which teeth are treatable and which are not likely to work.
